1. Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard) as well as PayPal and PayPal Credit (subject to PayPal approval). All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and handled by secure payment providers. Major Golf US does not store full credit or debit card details on our servers.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
No. Currently, only one payment method can be used per order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
2. Order Processing & Production
How long does order processing take?
All orders are made-to-order and require 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.
Why are your products made-to-order?
Major Golf US uses a Print-On-Demand (POD) model to reduce overproduction, minimize waste, and ensure each product is created specifically for the customer.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 5 hours of placing your order and before production begins.
3. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be canceled or modified within 5 hours of purchase.
Why can’t I cancel after 5 hours?
Because our products are made-to-order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
No. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including the United States, and other international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped using trusted international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping: $5.99
Express Shipping: $9.99
Orders over $150 qualify for Free Standard Shipping (delivery times match the Standard option for your region).
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return window?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Do you accept returns for non-defective items?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided the product is new, unused, and returned with original packaging.
Are return shipping fees free?
Yes. Major Golf US covers all return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are initiated within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for size or color, subject to availability.

Return addresses may vary depending on the fulfillment facility used to produce your order.

6. Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives with a defect, misprint, wrong item, or shipping damage, you may request a free replacement or a full refund.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your order does not arrive within 60 days from the date of shipment, we will issue a full refund for that item.
Photos or videos may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.
7. Address Issues
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund once the parcel is returned to our facility.
Unclaimed or refused parcels that are not returned may not be eligible for a refund.
Refused/Undeliverable Packages
If a customer refuses to accept a parcel or if the carrier is unable to complete the delivery and returns the package to us, it may be treated as an abandoned parcel.
If a package is refused or returned to us, we may offer a partial refund after deducting the return shipping cost.
8. Products & Quality
Are product images accurate?
We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
Do you guarantee product quality?
We are committed to consistent quality and conduct quality inspections through our fulfillment partners. However, all products are provided “as is” as outlined in our Terms of Service.
