This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders delivered to the following regions:

2) Return Window & Product Condition

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible Condition

Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable)

Defective or Incorrect Items

Items that arrive with:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Misprints

  • Wrong color, size, or style

  • Damage during shipping

are eligible for return or exchange even if the packaging was opened for inspection.

We accept exchanges within 30 days for size or color within the same product line.

4) What We Accept

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within the 30-day return window, provided all conditions in Section 2 are met.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to product availability.


5) Return / Exchange Process (4 Steps)

Step 1: Submit a Request

  • A brief explanation of the issue or request

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Contact us for the specific warehouse address before shipping.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and confirm the next steps.

Step 3: Pack & Return

Securely pack the item with all original accessories and packaging, then return it following our instructions.

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are initiated within 14 business days after inspection

  • Funds will appear in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer


6) Situation-Specific Rules

6.1 Defective / Wrong / Missing Items

You may choose:

  • A free replacement

  • A 100% refund

Please retain the outer packaging and shipping label.
Photos or videos (unboxing if available) may be requested for verification.


6.2 Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, you may choose:

  • A reshipment

  • A 100% refund


6.3 Not Satisfied but Not Defective

You may return the item within 30 days under the conditions outlined in Section 2 for a full refund.


6.4 Address Issues

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer:

  • We may offer reshipment (additional postage may apply)

  • A refund once the parcel is returned to our facility

Parcels that are refused or unclaimed and not returned to us may be considered abandoned and may not be eligible for a refund.


7) Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 5 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

After 5 hours:

  • Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed

  • Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled
