Shipping Policy

At Major Golf US, every item is made-to-order using high-quality materials with premium care. We aim to deliver not only exceptional products but also a smooth shopping experience.

Processing Time

All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your purchase details.

Once your order has been processed (within 3–5 business days, Monday – Saturday), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders placed before 8:00 AM will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

You can track your shipment directly using the tracking link provided in your email.

Shipping Options

Orders are shipped using trusted international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Orders over $150 qualify for Free Standard Shipping (delivery times match the Standard option for your region).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 60 days from the date of shipment, we will issue a full refund for that item.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we adhere to a strict delivery schedule.

  • Major Golf US will not be held responsible for returns or refunds if an order is delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we may offer a refund or re-ship the item (additional postage fees may apply).

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

  • If a customer refuses to accept a parcel or if the carrier is unable to complete the delivery and returns the package to us, it may be treated as an abandoned parcel.

  • If a package is refused or returned to us, we may offer a partial refund after deducting the return shipping cost.
